So I was a fan of Brent's until...Friday March 5, 2010, @ 9:04 PM. In CA for business after a few years away, and my Mom asked for one thing some cornbeef and rye from Brent's deli. Being the good son I was in the valley after dinner and decided to drive over they must be open until at least ten. Nope they closed at 9 PM and I arrived at 9:04 PM. They would not let me BUY a pound of cornbeed and rye bread with a full restaurant still eating just minutes after their close time. They did not care I had come in from AZ and that this was the one thing my Mom asked for. So no more Brent's for me! Customer service sucks! Oh, and the waitress trying to sugarcoat it with her pet names was vomitous.
